Cooling water system for photovoltaic industry

The process of producing battery chips is more complicated, generally through the main steps of silicon wafer detection, surface texturing, diffusion junction, dephosphorization silicon glass, plasma etching, anti-reflective coating, screen printing, rapid sintering and detection sub-assembly. The general process and equipment for the production of crystalline silicon solar cells and the air conditioning and cooling water systems have certain requirements.

Peripherals
In the battery production process, but also need power supply, power, water supply, drainage, HVAC, vacuum, special gas and other peripheral facilities. Fire and environmental protection equipment is also particularly important to ensure safety and sustainable development. A solar cell production line with an annual capacity of 50MW, peripheral equipment requirements are as follows:
1. The power of process and power equipment is about 1800KW.
2. The amount of process pure water is about 15 tons per hour, and the water quality is required to meet the technical standard of EW-1 grade in China's electronic grade water GB/T11446.1-1997.
The amount of process cooling water is also about 15 tons per hour, the particle size in the water quality should not be greater than 10 microns, and the water supply temperature should be 15-20°C. The water temperature difference in and out is within 5 degrees. Use pipe * good for stainless steel SUS304. The use of equipment for the production equipment supporting the vacuum pump, velvet, PECVD, diffusion, etching, screen printing, etc., wherein the cleaning equipment according to the type of equipment on the cooling water needs are different. The pressure difference of cooling water is generally above 3BAR, and the head of process water pump is about 6BAR.
4. Cleanliness level of the workshop: it is required to reach level 100000, and the diffusion and etching area is above 10,000.
5. Due to the large exhaust volume of the workshop, the clean air conditioning system adopts independent and efficient fresh air system and internal efficient circulating air system.
6. The planning area of the whole workshop is about 2000 square meters.
