The coated glass production line will generate a lot of heat during the production process, and it needs to be cooled in time to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. The cooling water process is divided into refrigeration system and cooling system. The refrigerated cooling water system has three independent cycles, namely, the cooling cathode, the cooling bottom plate baffle, the cooling cathode power supply and the power cabinet. The internal circulating cooling water (pure water) is exchanged through the water pump and radiator, the cooling water after cooling is used by the coating line, and the external circulating cooling water (tap water) is cooled by the cooling tower set outside the workshop. In the process design, constant pressure frequency conversion energy-saving control technology is adopted for all pumps to make the system run stably and reliably.
System Control Scheme
The use of programmable logic controller (PLC) to replace the traditional relay control system. It has the following functions:
1. Simplify wiring and reduce failure points.
2. All parameters can be queried through the man-machine interface (touch screen), and the pressure and temperature values can be set.
3. Automatic standby function. When the operating pump fails, the standby pump is automatically put into operation without affecting normal production.
4. All motors have over-temperature and over-current protection interlocks, and have good system safety interlocks.
5, the use of frequency converter automatic control. **The simulation control and calculus proportional control will control the water pressure and water temperature within the best range required for production.
6. Optional remote switch function, truly unattended room.
7. The system has the function of manual debugging and automatic operation,.
8. The PLC system adopts Siemens S7-300 series, the frequency converter is ABB series, and the main control low-voltage electrical apparatus adopts Schneider series.
9. Temperature control accuracy ± 2 ℃, pressure control accuracy ± 0.2bar.
10. The main parameters of the system are connected with the upper computer of the main control room of the coating line. The uploaded data include: the general working state of the cooling water system, the running state of each equipment, the pressure of inlet and outlet water, temperature, fault information, etc.
