Changsha Huaxinda Beverage Co., Ltd. mainly produces Yibao brand purified water. The newly built plant needs to be equipped with air conditioning system, chilled water system of injection molding machine, cooling water system of bottle blowing machine and cooling water system of air compressor. System unified planning layout, flexible allocation of resources, the customer's investment costs to a minimum.
Construction scheme: the air conditioning system adopts two 700KW water-cooled chillers, the injection molding machine adopts three 492KW water-cooled chillers, and the bottle blowing machine adopts one-to-one cooling tower for the cooling water system and the air compressor. Moreover, there are standby pumps and water towers in parallel, and failures do not affect production and maintenance.
